STREAMin 3 is an integrated and infant through preschool comprehensive and fully integrated curriculum package. The curriculum was developed at the University of Virginia, Curry School of Education and Human Development, Center for Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning (CASTL) by Amanda Williford, Ph.D, Kate Matthew, M.S., and Bridget Hamre, Ph.D.
Using the latest developmental and early education research, Dr. Williford and colleagues created the STREAM: Integrated, Intentional, Interactions (STREAMin3) Curriculum which focuses on five core skills (relate, regulate, think, communicate and move) that form the building blocks for later learning and six STREAM skills (science, technology, reading, engineering, arts and math) to prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond. The model includes a variety of activities and routines, coaching, assessments and a complete professional development package offering support for teachers.

In addition to engaging activities and routines, our model focuses on building a teacher’s toolbox – empowering them to make STREAMin3 their own with truly supportive professional development. In order for the model to work best, we highly recommend contacting us to learn more about these PD opportunities at firstname.lastname@example.org.
