An efficient alloy design framework for the alloy designers to explore the vastly untapped compositions (need to be specific) potential of high-entropy alloys (HEAs) for outstanding structural and functional properties. The method uses a phenomenological approach to generate a set of descriptors (features) by utilizing the widely accessible library of binary alloy phase diagrams to replace empirical parameters.
